<span style="font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;"> 仪式现场，张葆春同志首先代表垦利区介绍了基地情况，基地总投资1300万元，涵盖青少年法治教育体验中心、禁毒教育展厅、法治公园三大板块，占地面积5000平方米。今年，垦利区以增强青少年法治宣传教育针对性、实效性为目标，优化提升了教育基地，将法治研学课纳入总体“课程化”教学，配备了43名“法治副校长”和16名“校外法治辅导员进校园”，开展了形式多样的研学体验游、法治微课堂活动，孵化成立了全省首家专门以青少年法治宣传教育为主的公益组织—“青芽呵护中心”和“青少年法治教育社会化”关爱中心，定期组织“五老志愿者”、未检检察官、少年法庭法官等人员到基地值班。引入“安润法律服务所”社会化专业法律服务力量常驻基地，为全区青少年开展法律服务、提供法律咨询，护航青少年健康成长。通过搭建“青芽呵护中心+社会化关爱中心+社会专业力量”平台，为进一步提升全区青少年教育法治化水平奠定了坚实基础。</span>
